Openview is a nuisance device
My problem with Openview started when I purchased the decoder. I had a previous satellite connection at home but trying to access open view was a hassle. After I paid people to help me with the connection, the experience itself was never consistently great. For the past 2 months, the decoder has not been working, it had sound problems. I call in today, they tell me its outdated and that I need to buy a new one? What should I do with this one? I don't get a satisfactory answer. I tell them to upgrade the new system on their side and they say the cant help. The "once off purchase" sales line is a lie !!! Openview is a waste of money
