Openview installer
Openview arranged an installer to my house to rectify my signal problem. He came out and trouble shoot the problem. He eventually replaced 34m aerial cable, and install a new LNB which took under an hour in labour. I have been charged R6064.00 for the work done. I believe I have been ********** by this installer which was arranged by Openview.

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention, the Area Sales Manager investigating the matter has sent you an email detailing his findings.
The installer was sourced by means of you contacting an independent installer/company, and the price charged was in fact less than the amount you cited above, this after an agreement was reached between yourself and the installer.
The scope of work covered both Openview and DSTV installations/maintenance.
For any further claims you will need to liaise directly with the company you contracted, as they are not on our list of accredited installers.
