OPENVIEW HD PATHETIC SERVICE, PRODUCT JUST A BIG HEADACHE

This is the most pathetic service ever received, I feel ******** and want my money back.

I bought an openview decorder on Saterday (09/04/2022), been trying to get it activated since but to no avail, i sent the Sms's, i tried the whatsApp option and made numerous calls cant get through to no one. Im now having to spend so much more money unnecesssarily. I feel i dont need the stress that comes with having this decoder. I have called PEP (Kerk Street) where i purchased the device and they telling me no refunds, which is ********* and against the consumer protection act, cause li am deriving no value from having this thing lying around.

I would recommend or advise anyone to purchase this product, its just a schleb and a huge HEADACHE.
