Hello my name is Banu, I've been contacting Open View Customer Care Line from 16:33 and they only responded at 16:39, which I don't mind, but when I messaged again at 16:45 they only responded at 17:23, I've been having issues with my decoder and I queried it with them I messaged them again at 17:30 and now it's 18:14 and they still haven't responded yet so these people are very careless, I understand that they have other customers but it doesn't take long to respond to us..
So please help me out, if you'll can.
