Openview bad service

I got an error 200 , trying to get hold of them via telephone, WhatsApp, email since the 21 st of February 2020

Phone just ringing with their message, no whats app or email reply from them that they will rectify

The time on my cellphone wasted is 1 hour and 13 minutes do date , costing me money due to very bad service

They don't have any service delivery :( :( :(
