Openview and switch pay dissapointed

Bad service they gave since on Thursday iv purchased my decoder till to this day no one has communicated with me or delivered the decoder, a lasy called Michaela from switch pay guaranteed me I will have my decoder buy I haven't received. A lady by the name of Ellis head office the receptionist by the name of Beverly was very rude she gave me numbers for Ellis warehouse in Pretoria spoke to Gift Ngobane who was really not helpful because myb he thought he was doing me a a favour but unfortunately it's his job to tell me where my parcel was he had the nerve to even tell me what do I want from him,git the number for DSV couriers spoke to Issa bell with no help.,then spoke to Celina, k****tso, Paulina and finally spoke to Puleng khumalo that was the end of everything coz I wanted to cancel everything am so ****ed I will never recommend anyone to this openview or the Ellis whatever that is partnering with switch pay so dissapointed and ****ed
