Its a pity that I even have to waste my time giving you guys 1STAR. You guys are a TOTAL *******. I was told today that I need to BUY (you guys say upgrade) another Decorder because it has reached its life span. I spent so much of money using your useless USD, but get no reply. Your wasup service is totally useless. As for your call center, you guys need to get them RED BULL, as they really don't know what to do. They don't know their own email address. I rather go back to my DSTV decorder(which by the way I have for number of years & still works).... never again have to pay for OpenView HD channels..........ya right, rip people of on purchase of new decorder
