Open View is lying to customers

On all the billboards BBC News are advertise as part of the package. The only reason I bought the decoder was for BBC News. When I installed the decoder I was kindly informed by the telephone consultant that apparently BBC is not part of the package. Very very disappointing as it reflects on all the bill boards and pamphlets.
