On the 14 October 2022 I contacted the OpenView call centre to enquiry about the special deal of 427 pm and the call centre agent which was very rude and did not give her name in the beginning of the call advised me that there is not such a deal When I told her that they advertise it on ETV she became very aggressive and told me that they have not got the deal when I ask her name she put the phone down
