Open View connect ****le

I bought an open view connect ****le for my online teaching job the product promises wifi speed of 150 mbps speed to my surprise the speed does not even reached 5mbps i called the help line 😒no response,went to whatsup still the problem is not fixed sent an email, got back an automated response that is not related to the complain, this is the worse thing i have ever bought and to think that i had to drive from Rustenburg to Mamelodi to buy it because they're no stores nearby that sold it I'm just disappointed😞 .
