This company sucks... bought a decoder last month and it took 5 days to get activated only to find out that the decoder is faulty changed the decoder and tomorrow is day 4 and I still can't get activated. This is a problem when we have a monopoly with a product. Once you've brought you get ignored and treated like you are bothering them.

If the signal strength and quality is zero, you will need to call an installer to come realign your dish, as it is an installation problem.
