Another useless SA company. I need to buy a new remote for my decoder, but can't find one for the older decoders. Tried to call Openview on ***, only to get the "number not available" reply. Sent an e-mail!! Got two responses telling we to be patient. Why!! Oh, yes they already have my money.

As such, the decoder you are using can no longer be supported in terms of software upgrades that are required to enjoy uninterrupted viewing. We please request that you visit your nearest retailer to purchase a new Openview decoder. "
What absolute *******. Firstly the decoder is, maybe, four years old and they no longer support it. Secondly, I need to replace a remote and did not ask for a software upgrade.
I will NOT visit a retailer, because I will never buy anything from these con artist again!!
