No wonder Openview is free, cause it's *******

My decoder has been off since Wednesday with a no channels displayed on the tv screen. Apparently they had techincal problems which has now been sorted. My decoder is still displaying the same no channel message. I have phoned, whatsapp with no reply, I have sent messages on messenger still nothing. They keep telling to follow the steps below which does'nt help at all. We have done everything they said to fix it, they keep telling us to get an installer but our DStv decoder is playing just fine. ******* decoder, with ******* service!!! Obviously Openview is not for all of us. I want a refund of my money that I wasted on buying this *******.
