No service nor assistance from openview whatsoever.

First place, none of the retail stores advertising the openview wifi ****le have any. Secondly, absolutely no response by openview call centre, phone simply continues ringing, Whatsapp messages appear to be recieved, yet no response. Having technical issues with newly purchased wifi ****le, new openview decoder not detecting LTE device(****le) and also unable to access Wi-Fi hotspot menu under openview settings... probably due to LTE not detected problem...highly frustrated and annoyed trying to get help from said "call centre and customer care line"...
