No service from Openview

I bought an Openview decoder and set it up Sunday 1st March, the promo channel is up and the prompt to connect by USSD is showing. The USSD connection method does not work. I phoned there help line on Sunday and after holding on for twenty minutes I gave up. On Monday I sent them messages by email and whatsapp requesting them to activate my device. I supp**** my name, cell number, and STB number. I still await a response or for activation to take place. Nothing. I have tried the USSD method every day. Nothing.
