No reply from Openview HD
I bought an OpenviewHD decoder and a 64g Pvr stick on 1/9/2018 .It work well for 6 days.I was able to record and watch shows.The PVR stick just stopped working and was no longer detected by the decoder.I bought another USB stick and paid R399 again last week Thursday(20/9/2018).It was working well again but stopped working again on 24/9/2018.I've tried phoning Tel: ***but no answer.I e-mailed ********** twice ,yesterday and today but had no response.I just want to know how to fix this problem.I can't spend R399 every week on a new USB/PVR stick

I did get an e-mail from Tarryn at *** explained that some of the 64g are faulty and that I can return it for a refund.The vendors are also not selling the 64g anymore.Thank You
