No customer service/help what so ever

Worst damn company to deal with. I have been trying to contact them via there call center, email and whats app line from the 21 of February to activate my top box. And not a single reply back. There whats app line shows contact as online yes messages are ignored. If i could give them negative stars i would.tried activation through there ussd number and it does not go through! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! WILL DEFINITELY DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM BUYING THIS ****!!!
