No customer service.
I can not get hold of anyone. Their support/customer service number does not work. No respond on email. I cant get assistance on Whatsapp number. I have a new decoder. I cannot activate it. It is just blank channel 100 also not showing. I think I should take it back to the shop because it is very useless to keep it.
