No Communication

Hi, I reported last week to Open View that my decoder is plugged,but nothing else happens,no lights come on dead as a duck. The one man phoned me on the Friday night asking the problem. I sent him the information he requested via WhatsApp.nobody came back to me even up to now. I won't recommend this company to anybody, not even to the devil. What do people get paid for?not to answer any messages sent.you can't asked me what the problem is and just leave it like that. It means that people are *********** to do the job of answering questions.very bad I won't even rate them a zero.
