No client service from Openview

I sent an email to *** on 27 March 2020 @ 17:58 in respect of an "ACCESS DENIED (206)" error and to date have not received any response. I wish i read all the reviews before i spent my money on this tech. The service is even worse than the tech. I will advise all my family and friends to read Openview's reviews before they decide to spend money.
