My OVHD is giving problems

On Monday I called the helpline number to complain about my decoder that is giving me problems. The respond was very bad they don't have a good customer service and their technicians are very on the phone even now I'm still facing the very same problems for two weeks if have not being watching any tv and I have kids, especially the education programmes are important to them.
