It is not for free and useless

I had a decoder and the remote didn't last so I had to buy another decoder and this one is more off that it says I must activate my decoder. It takes all my airtime and today after 5 tries it still tells me it can't be activated. When phoning the number I have to wait long and no one assist and the Whatsapp number I am lucky if someone helps me after 24 hours. This is real nonsense and it cost you money. It is not for free. I have activated my STB more than what this decoder has cost me.
