Would give 0 rating if i could. This is the worst service ever. I feel im better off with sabc. These people does not respond, has no working whatsapp line and no1 answers calls which they dont have a working customer service. Its been 3weeks since i got my decoder and had it installed yet i cant use it because of this useless people at openview. Ill be reporting this to bccsa and having want to be reimbursed for money spent and time wasted.
