Falsey advertising

<p>Good day </p> <p>I went to buy a ovhd openview digital satelite decoder where the state the following Plug In and Activate: If you already have an existing satellite dish no installation is required. Connect your decoder to your dish and follow the activation instructions in the box. As i was geting no signal i phoned the customer service and they told me that i need to move the dish well then i mean you are falsy advertising is it not true i ask no she said that some dstv dish have to be moved a little to the right i told her ones again then you are falsy advertising because you clearly state if you have a dstv dish just plug in and watch witch is not the case i mean really a waste of my airtime</p>
