Extremely *********** Regional Manager for Free State and Northern Cape

Been in contact with Lungi, Regional Manager Free State and Northern Cape since 12th April and found him to be Extremely unhelpful and not knowing anything more than the Call Centre Operators, first Line. Since 12th of April I only got simple questions, promises and lies. He cannot even in all this time get me a place where I can buy the “new” kind of PVR ****le as the one I’ve got is not compatible with the New Decoder bought on 12th of April this year and according to PEP Stores they do not sell them anymore. Got all the Whatsapp conversations between us on record, even like Yesterday when, in great anger, I swore on him, such is my frustration.
