DOES NOT WORK: FALSE ADVERTISING

<p>Bought a decoder, ad sates its compatable if you have pre-installed lines. I lve in a complex with pre-installed lines and after purchasing it and connecting it never worked at all.</p> <p>Took it back to the store (Game) and strangly it worked. I then gave it another go and still nothing worked. I went as far as to try it at a relatives home, thinking my lines are the problem and to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot understanfd why it doesnt want to work as the ad states its compatable with pre-installed lines.....</p> <p> </p> <p>so whats the problem here, it seems this is more false advertsing to me</p>
