Disappointed and dissatisfied

Very unpleasant and furious at Open view. I bought the decoder months ago and all I can watch is catchup. There is no signal at all and can only connect to the WiFi. I called in twice until the second consultant said 'I'm sorry ma'am there's nothing we can do' instead of sending an installer out. It will be nice to get a refund and give you your decoder back. It is currently useless to me. When I have internet issues than I can't switch to normal tv. What's the point??????

My back neighbours have zero issues and connects perfectly fine yet I am told sorry there is nothing we can do. I want my money, back this is useless.
