Decoder is not activated even after instructions

Our decoder is stuck on the promo channel. There is an instruction that says \Dial *120*6843*1# to activate your decoder\" which we've done & received a message that says \"your decoder is now active\" but there has been no change in the channels. This has been happening since Friday afternoon & no change has happened (no other channels are working but the promo channel). <br> We have switched it off
