complaint about Michael Openview Installer he lives in Mitc****'s Plain

<p>I would just like to say how completely useless the openview installer Michael is that lives in mitc****'s plain. We have been calling him for the last 2 weeks to comes and check our openview as it has no signal. Everytime he has an excuse when we phone. He doesn't even have the decency to call us to say he can't make it we have to call him everytime. My patents paid him R250 the first time to come fix it. He doesn't even want to refer us to someone else who can ***ist us. This guys is very useless and it's sad that my parents who is pensioners have to pay everytime for this openview to be fixed. Can someone please help is with this openview signal problem.</p>
