Call Centre - no reply

I am trying to get hold of a PERSON to talk to at the Call Centre as from yesterday. Only a machine that asks you to be patient????? What number can we phone to speak to a person?

I have been on the line for more than an hour - no reply. I have 8 decoders to be connected at a guest house and have to speak to a person.

Does this call centre exist?
