Bad Service from Openview

Iam tired of this openview; i have technical issues always, even if it is not raining there is no signal.

I sent a whatsup message this morning telling them that it is playing only channel 100. They fix it but guest what? Only play for 4 hours then back to playing channel 100. This is the second week without openview.

This is not fare; If they are failing to fix, rather close this useless thing.
