Bad service

I have been strugling for 2days to activate my openview decoder and it keeps sending me a message saying wrong stb nr which is impossible. Im trying over whatsap aswell but their whatsap is a waste of time they respond to you over every 5hours. I tried to email but no reply to my question in thr mean time i must look at channel 100 wholeday.
