Bad picture quality

I have been experiencing picture quality for more than a month, I've reactivated did factory reset and scan channels but nothing works my signal strength is on 100% picture on 58 but the television doesn't show good pictures it keeps freezing and showing many colors on the screen ..I've written a complaint on their WhatsApp but not helpful I regret getting one.
