Bad Open view experience
Channels don't play at all when raining, screen just goes blank. After 6pm the channels start freezing and certain channels are blank. Really bad service when I tried to contact the call center or on whatsapp no response whatsoever. Really frustrating as I spent quite a bit of money installing dish and decoder only for it not to work. Feeling cheated!

07 Sept 2021, 15:42 please press the Help button on your remote control and check signal strength and quality. You can send a screenshot if possible.If the signal strength and quality is zero, you will need to call an installer to come realign your dish, as it is an installation problem.
