Bad care trom OVHD.

My ovhd decorder has been showing Chanel 100 the whole week and saying it needs to be activated. Today I called their customer care only to be told that: MY DECORDER OLD. I NEED TO BUY A NEW ONE m so ****ed really cos what I expected is to be told to exchange it anywhere. Seriously what am I supposed to do with the old decorder put it on my display no no no. It's really not good customer service at all.
