Bad after sales service from Openview HD

My remote broke a while back. Now I have an update and your Customer Care takes 3 days to come back to me. Now I must hear that I have to wait 1 month for a new remote and in the meantime I cant watch anything on tv. This is the message I got after 3 days: Hello, Please note UEC DSD4165 replacement remote is estimated to be available at Game Stores in the next month. This is the worst service ever!
