Hi I have bought a openview Hd decoder at game store yesterday,i plugged in the decoder but I am having problem with channels and signal I reported the problem in your facebook page and I have inbox the matter with you my recorder is an Altech one please assist I have been trying to get your assistance but it seems like I am not getting any response .
