Activation Problem

Have been trying to activate a setup box. No luck. Tried using *120*6893*1#. Service doesn't run. Tried WhatsApp. They just ignore all the messages. Tried to call. Just kept you waiting till you get tried. This is a free service, so perhaps we should except that this company doesn't care to help.
