Terrible stay at Opensky Backpackers Hogsback

We paid for 7 people accommodation. On arrival we asked the owner if the geyser was on. We had a wedding that we attended that day. He assured us that they geyser was on, After a while we realised the water was ice cold. We tried to call. Send him a WhatsApp, he said he will provide us with bedding and go check the geyser. When we left on Sunday there was still no hot water.
