Payment successful but no ticket

Payment Debited but Tickets Not Issued I attempted to purchase 4 tickets for the Orbit College FC vs Orlando Pirates match through Open Tickets.

I followed all the required steps on the website and made payment of R400.00. The payment was successfully deducted from my Capitec account and the payment confirmation showed that the transaction was successful.
