Orlando Pirates vs Orbit College FC

Terrible experience. These ****mers took my money, did not deliver the tickets and now are refusing to give me a refund. Bought tickets in the 19th May 2026 for the Orlando Pirates vs Orbit College soccer match that was happening on the 23rd May - paid twice to Open Tickets (first via Apple Pay, transaction went through but when I was redirected to the Open Tickets page there was a pop up notification saying transaction could not be verified. So I started afresh, this time around I paid via EFT - again the transaction went through but no tickets were sent by those *****sters). The third transaction went to Computicket and I immediately received an email with my tickets.

Now Open Tickets is refusing to pay me back for the first two transactions that did not yield any tickets. I have provided proof of payment, including transactions from the banking app but they still refuse to pay me back - the agent I was speaking to on email is telling me that they cannot “locate my profile” and as such they cannot issue a refund because they don’t have a profile.
