Order arrived after the agreed time

The only issue we had was dealing with a women by the name of Samantha. She handled our order, we needed it for our business, and we needed new linen for our four rooms because we had guests who had booked our guest house for an event. We spoke with Samantha and explained the situation and said this was urgent and we need the duvet covers to arrive within 10 days. She promised and guaranteed that it will be there within 7 days. It arrived 3 days after the 10 day deadline which really upset me and even worse had us worry that it would arrive after the booked date. Luckily our guest were arriving the day after the linen arrived and we manage to get all the rooms in order. The linen was great quality but please Open Living get proper people to manage orders as this could have turned out horrible for our business. I would have given 2 stars the reason I gave this 4 stars because the quality of the duvet covers were great and made our rooms look amazing, as each of our rooms has its own theme the duvet designs added the final touch. Thanks again for the quality bedding but please have proper people deal with our orders.
