Open door pre school

Open door pre school is one of the worst places to work. They put a lot of pressure on you, when it comes to teaching and preparing your own lessons. They do not care about the feedback that is given to them, they do not hesitate to throw in the employees face that they are not needed there if they feel that the employee has spoken too much about how overwhelming the work is.As a teacher you feel stressed out, you barely have time for yourself. They give you times to work from but they go way past the time, they even ask you to work weekends to complete your lessons for the next week. They say the employees need to "announce" what plans they have after work because they would require to have meetings after working hours. They give you a sense that they will want to support you but when you as an individual cannot take the pressure and speak up they tell the employee that they are belittling them. They make you keep your phones in a box, you only get to use it during your 15 mins tea and half an hour lunch. In all this you do not get a break away from the children you have them throughout the day plus you have to teach children in aftercare. The job description is very vague when they advertise, people do not know what they getting themselves into until they are actually working in this place.
