Worst service ever

This Place is the worst place to buy spares from, don't buy anything from them. wish i can give then 0 stars but then i can not write my review.Bought a Yaris aircon pump from them on the 20th of August 2018, installed, re- gas cost me R600. When i picked up my car the mechanic told me that the aircon pump is faulty and needs replacement. I phoned Opel zone and was advised to take my car to Toyota for a full diagnostic, after another R1200 it was confirmed that the pump was faulty. Contacted Opel zone and was told that they do not have a replacement and i will have to wait because they are waiting for cars to be delivered the following week. Long story short i waited 2 Months for replacement pumps (all 3 send to me was faulty) and decided to buy one somewhere else which works immediately. Opel zone told me that my refund will take 21 days to finalized, after 21 days i phoned Opel zone and was told that the don't know anything about my refund and that the salesperson dos not work for them anymore. Its now 2 weeks later and did not receive my refund yet. Emails goes unanswered. Stay Away you will buy faulty parts and it will cost you alot of money.
