Weeks of effort on our part to buy a car wasted!

We had a family member recently have their car ****** just after Christmas and have spent our whole holiday trying to find an alternative.<br> We finally find an Opel on a special offer that met our expectations and were told that we would be able to get the car as specified as long as we placed the order by Saturday 9th December as prices were going up on Monday 11th January.<br> We were thrilled with the options and arranged a family get together to let our family member know that they could expect a wonderful new car.<br> Imagine our extreme disappointment in Both Opel and GM when we heard that there is not a vehicle as specified available in the country and that if we want it that way we would need to pay the new price which is considerably higher! We understood the GM is trying really hard to improve their standing in the SA market but it is pretty clear why they are going to battle to convince SA customers that they are a reputable brand. Our experience doesn't suggest that at all and since I am an International Sportsman I hope I will be able to share that message with the many thousands of people I present to all over the world. Respected brands take action that support their words!
