Very unhappy customer

I bought a second hand 2019 Opel Crossland X Cosmo auto with full service history. The car currently has 47 000 km on the clock. I had mechanical failures, this caused the car to give an engine fault warning followed by an oil pressure fault warning. Car broke down, was towed to my mechanic. After the inspection from my mechanic he confirmed the cambelt started to disintegrate and the belt shavings started to block the oil pickup. I made contact with my nearest Opel service centre, Reeds Bellville, who confirmed the cambelt replacement is every 7 years or 105 000km. How is this possible to fail on 47 000km with a full service history and 2 years prior to reaching the 7 year mark. This is absolutely shocking and costing me a lot of money to get fixed. I made contact with Stellantis and sent them an email and it seems that Opel is not interested to help their customers. I am really disappointed, 3 weeks later and no response. What is going on Opel?
