Opel South Africa Please Clean Up you Act
I had bought an Opel Mokka in 2016 and I have had nothing but terrible service from the Dealership WIlliams Hunt the Glen, a new car that would not start twice already. The first time there was no fault found but yesterday it wouldn't start and I had it towed to the dealership they now charge me R2500 to check the fault for a car that is under warranty and then R2000 to fit the battery. Previously I was overcharged for brake pads at my R30 000 service. I got the the brake pads done at half the price. Read the fine print on the deal you get with your Opel. The service do not cover all the parts and labour. In July of this year I had an accident with my car and the wiper blade was damaged. The insurance paid for all the repairs in full but a wiper blade for the Mokka could not be found in the whole country. To date I am driving around with a welded wiper blade, afraid of the rain. My wish is for Opel to take this car back and reimburse so that I can get a car were firstly the dealership cares about their customers and secondly that does not give me a problem to source parts. My car is 2 years old I should not have to spend any money on it....thats why we buy new cars. I would not recommend this car to anybody
