Opel Roodepoort

I called opel the Glen to get my vehicle raduo code and they requested I pay R850 to get it. I called December 2019 but to a different branch and I got it for free not sure why the Glen wants R850. I then called the Roodepoort branch and Sam was so quick and helpful he gave me the code on less then 2 minutes. If it wasnt for him I would've sold this car seriously.
