Opel is a huge disappointment. Service wise, price wise and quality wise.

I bought my Opel Mokka x 1 year ago. The mileage is 25000km and I already have to replace the front brake pads. I got a quote from Opel Menlyn for R2700 last week when I took my car in. Started shopping around for a cheaper alternative but the only place one can find the pads is at the dealer. I called Opel in PTA CBD who quoted me R5500, Isuzu in Montana Quoted me R4900. I called Menlyn Opel today to order the parts now they are quoting me R6300. I tried calling the dealer manager who gave me the Quote of R2700 but he is not available or busy with a client or had to take a call on his cellphone as the PA told me. The service is bad the parts are totally over priced, that is if Opel can decide on a price and the brake pads that only lasts 25000 km are really bad quality.
