Opel Astra engine problem

My car visited Opel workshop 5 times already within the space of 3 weeks in January 2019. Problem is the engine and the unreliability technology. Car technology failed to notify me of the shortage of oil on engine. Engine dashboard reading showed 47% remaining life oil yet the engine had no oil. Which oil the 47% was referring to if there was no oil on engine Summary of the incident us as follows: Unreliable technology of an Opel Astra made me drive my Opel Astra without oil on the engine and that putted my children in danger as the engine almost blew. On Monday the 7th of January 2019 I took my Opel to Meyers East London as the engine was making a funny noise, tapping sound. Idling was too high than normal. I even gave the technicians the recording of the noise yet technicians found nothing wrong with the car. On the 8th of January 2019, I drove from East London to Cape Town. My car had 47% remaining oil life as per dashboard reading. To my surprise when I was in Rieviersonderend , the car showed this massage ( pressure oil is low, stop engine) Shell Garage checked the oil and discovered that, there was no oil at all on the engine. It was so dry yet the dashboard reading was saying 38% remaining oil life. Engine almost blew. How come Opel East London didn’t pick up that the car had no oil on engine? On the 9th of January 2019, the car was taken to Reeds Claremont. Reeds picked up that there was a water leak and the oil was bypassing certain parts of the engine. Reeds has this report. Reeds asked me to bring the car back for inspection after I have travelled 500kilometers. On the 26 of January 2019 the dashboard showed an engine light with this message quoted from the manual (car engine performance/power is limited, consult workshop). Reeds fixed the car and told me to come back after 1000kilometrs for inspection. It is clear that the engine is damaged and needs to be replaced. I would like Opel to replace my car engine with a new engine as I am now not comfortable driving my car after these incidents or maybe fix the engine problem and extend the engine warranty as that will serve as safety measure to me as a the owner of the car as I have no trust in the mechanical job done by Opel.
